    PNM reviews and scopes the work

    Sherrie reviews the intake, clarifies missing facts, and confirms whether and how PNM can help. A website submission is not an engagement, filing, or approval.

  3. Map

    Build the responsibility map

    The matter is organized by agency, participant, dependency, requested item, deadline, and next action. The owner, applicant, escrow team, professional, PNM, and agency keep distinct responsibilities.

  4. Coordinate

    Coordinate and prepare

    PNM coordinates the agreed research, forms, supporting facts, follow-up, or hearing preparation. Client and professional review happens before actions that depend on their authority or expertise.

  5. Authorize

    Stop at the human checkpoint

    Required signatures, attestations, payments, representation approval, and agency submissions remain human actions. An agent may prepare facts only where a real platform capability and authorization exist.

  6. Track

    Track status through the next milestone

    PNM keeps the client-safe record focused on what is complete, blocked, requested, and next. Scope can be updated when the matter changes.

Authority boundary

Preparation and authorization are not the same.

PNM’s current public website can accept a project brief. It does not provide a public client-status API, document upload, signing, payment, or agency-submission capability.
