Current public capability
This website currently publishes public information, a machine-readable capability record and OpenAPI contract, and a public project-brief endpoint. It does not currently publish a client document-upload API, client-status API, public authentication flow, or PNM CLI.
Permitted assistance
An authorized person or software agent may read public content and prepare a scoped project brief. The person using an agent remains responsible for ensuring the facts are accurate, appropriate to disclose, and submitted with actual authority.
If PNM later implements authenticated client or agent capabilities, those capabilities must be explicitly documented, tenant-scoped, revocable, and auditable before use.
Actions that must remain human
- Signing forms, agreements, or attestations.
- Approving representation, engagement terms, or the agent’s own work.
- Making or authorizing payment.
- Submitting material to a government agency.
- Claiming legal, organizational, or applicant authority.
No confidential document submission through public intake
The public project brief is not a document-upload channel. Do not submit private case documents, credentials, payment details, government identifiers, or sensitive personal information through it.
Transparency and review
PNM may use software to organize public research, drafts, intake facts, and operational status. Material work is subject to the relevant human review and source checks. Software output is not treated as an agency decision, legal advice, professional certification, or verified client fact merely because it is fluent.
